Return Eligibility

We want you to feel confident when shopping with BKDivaDeluxe. Eligible return requests must be submitted within [14 days] of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be unworn, unused, and in its original condition
• Include all original tags, packaging, dust bags, and accessories
• Show no signs of wear, fragrance, makeup, damage, or alteration
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Items returned without their original packaging or in a condition different from when they were received may be refused.

Final Sale Items

Items marked "Final Sale," discounted clearance items, gift cards, and personal-use items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Any product-specific return restrictions will be clearly shown on the product page.

Starting a Return

Before sending an item back, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as BKDivaDeluxe is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within [3 days] of delivery and include clear photographs so we can review and resolve the issue.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow [7–10 business days] for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Orders paid through Affirm, Klarna, or Afterpay will be refunded through the same payment provider and remain subject to that provider’s processing times and terms.

Exchanges

Because many BKDivaDeluxe pieces are limited or one of a kind, direct exchanges cannot always be guaranteed. If another size or item is available, we will be happy to help you place a new order.

BKDivaDeluxe reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions stated above. This policy does not limit any rights provided under applicable consumer law.
